Crystal Hover founded Kitchen Table Consulting in 2011 to guide clients in the creation of a sustainable culture of Health and Wellbeing. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and prevention, she has developed a 360 perspective from her work on the carrier, employer and consulting sides. Prior to Kitchen Table Consulting she served as Vice President and Senior Manager at Aon Hewitt Consulting, Chief of Employee Benefits and Services for the County of San Bernardino, and Assistant Vice President/ Head of Account Management for Cigna International Expatriate Benefits.
